Plant Based Nutrition: Are you curious about more of the nutrition aspects of plant based eating? I’m currently working on two certifications, one one general nutrition through Precision Nutrition, and a Plant Based Nutrition Specialist through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
